Kort beskrivelse:
The tenderer must, in accordance with flexible development philosophy, propose a development team of five persons who will work permanently 100 % for the contracting authority, and who can solve all assignments within all the obligatory competence areas. From concept development to deployment, management and follow-up of operations. The team will work closely with the contracting authority, suppliers, users of the different services and other relevant parties. The product owner for the team will be a representative from BarentsWatch, varying with what services and systems are to be developed. It is a prerequisite that each resource in the permanent team can deliver permanent full time with 1 650 hours a year for BarentsWatch. Development is to be done on the tenderer's systems and in the tenderer's premises. The team must be located in Norway with Norwegian as the working language. Codes will be administered and continually delivered to BarentsWatch in accordance with the guidelines that are prepared for quality, design, documentation and use of tools for code administration.

Experience is required from equivalent or. A reference list must be attached of relevant assignments/deliveries of the same scope, character and complexity.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Experience is required from equivalent or. A reference list must be attached of relevant assignments/deliveries of the same scope, character and complexity.
A reference list must be attached to the tender with the company's five most important relevant deliveries in the last 3 years.
A short description must be given of what the delivery consisted of, in order to highlight relevance for what will now be procured.
The reference list must have information on who/which suppliers have carried out the delivery (not individual persons), whether the supplier had the main responsibility for the delivery, or only for parts of the total delivery/contract.
The delivery/partial delivery's value, date and recipient (reference person) must be given in reference list. The references must be entered into the attached attachment.
