The contract includes financial management and physical delivery of electricity to the Innherred municipalities, the Inn-Trøndelag municipalities, the Værnes region, Malvik municipality, Holtålen municipality and associated municipal enterprises to all these municipalities. The assignment entails the service provider having overall supervision of the portfolio, including conducting all electric power trade in connection with the portfolio. Hereunder, the service provider must conduct all physical and financial trade on behalf of the contracting authority during the contract period.

The framework agreement period is 2 years, with an option for an extension for a further 1 + 1 year, so that the maximum period is 4 years.

The agreement's volume is estimated to be approximately 150 000 000 kw per year.

The estimated volume is only an estimate of the scope of the framework agreement. The estimated volume does not represent any obligation with regard to the consumption for each individual municipality. It is the contracting authority's actual needs that determine what constitutes the consumption during the agreement period.

Introduction

Municipal property management focuses on the management, operation and maintenance of municipal properties, commercial buildings and facilities. This includes supplying energy for the operation of these.

The assignment includes management of the contracting authority's power portfolio during the contract period. The assignment entails the service provider having overall supervision of the portfolio, including conducting all electric power trade in connection with the portfolio. Hereunder, the service provider must conduct all physical and financial trade on behalf of the contracting authority during the contract period.

Each participating municipality and organisation has its own responsibility for its consumption, and the tenderer relates to the individual municipality and organisation. The supplier relates to the contact persons stated in the overview of participants.
