A framework agreement for the assignment will be signed with 3 tenderers, provided that a sufficient number of suitable tenders are received. The assignments will be divided between the framework agreement parties in accordance with the division mechanism described in the contract. The framework agreement will be for one year. The contracting authority will have an option to extend the framework agreement for a further 3 years/1+1+1, to a total of maximum 4 years.

Justification for cancellation. Hello, The contracting authority has decided to cancel the contest. A new contest with updated contest documents will be announced shortly. The reason for the cancellation is as follows: The contracting authority would like to update the tender documentation in order to ensure better competition and reduced risk for tenderers in a difficult time when the pandemic is resulting in a challenging delivery situation. 1) As far as possible, we would like the specified products to be products that are procured often. The contracting authority can now see that an error has been made for one products, and that there only a limited amount of this product will be procured. We would therefore like to ask tenderers to price a product that is purchased more. 2) The contracting authority would like to facilitate greatest possible competition. It is unfortunate if the contracting authority has set too strict requirements for individual products that limit competition. The contracting authority has asked for prices for very few individual products, and a large volume of products will probably be procured outside the fixed assortment in the contract period. It is, thus, meaningless, to be too strict in the requirements for individual products. 3) The contracting authority would like to change the terms for day fine rates and allow price changes based on foreign currency swings.
