The National Library of Norway would like to enter into a framework agreement for services connected to the procurement and administration of subscriptions, with the associated additional services, for both Norwegian and foreign periodicals, in printed and electronic formats. The services include, but are not limited to: routines for ordering and cancelling orders, invoices, delivery, claims, renewals, updates, monitoring and maintenance of subscriptions. The selection of ordered titles will always depend on the National Library of Norway's requirements and budgets.
