The procurement concerns the purchase of patient travel by road. Patient travel by road is a facilitated transport where the patient, according to applicable legislation, has the right to expense coverage for travel to and from treatment.
Small car means a vehicle registered with capacity for up to four sitting passengers.
The contracting authority is not obligated to purchase a specific quantity of patient travel, and reserves the right for variations in the contract quantity.
The contracting authority aims to facilitate increased coordination within the contract, including measures to establish fixed routes and coordinated patient travel across municipal borders and tender areas.
Multiple parallel framework agreements can be entered into for each individual tender area, but a maximum of three.
