Registered in a trade register or company register.
Tenderers must be registered in a company register or trade register in the member state where the tenderer is established. As described in Annex XI of Directive 2014/24/EU; suppliers from certain member countries may be required to fulfil other requirements in the named annex.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Sufficient economic and financial capacity.
The tenderer must have satisfactory economic and financial capacity to be able to fulfil the contractual obligations. The contracting authority will assess turnover, Annual Result, key figures in the balance sheet, as well as credit-worthiness. The contracting authority wants tenderers who have a minimum of good credit worthiness. The contracting authority understand that the situation with the Corona virus may affect the economic 'now’ situation and will therefore assess the tenderer's economic development during the last 3 years.

Documentation requirement: A credit rating not more than six months old, and key figures from the last 3 years accounts. The credit rating must be issued by a credit rating company licensed to conduct this service.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
The tenderer's competence and experience
Tenderers must have experience from equivalent/comparable projects. The contracting authority interprets comparable projects to mean experience with installation of the patient signalling system in nursing homes of an equivalent size. Documented by a description of the tenderer’s:

— three relevant assignments during the last 5 years. Tenderers must as a minimum provide the contracting authority with a description of the assignment, scope, date of execution and contract information for a reference person at the contracting authority;

— offered project manager's competence and experience with delivering and implementing equivalent patient signalling systems.
If more than give suppliers fulfil the qualification requirements, this criteria will be used as selection criteria I.e. The contracting authority will assess the response provided. It will be considered positive if the supplier has experiencing installing patient signalling systems in the existing buildings. If more than five suppliers are assessed to have equal competence and experience, the contracting authority will also contact and place emphasis on feedback from references.

Quality assurance system
Tenderers must have a good and well functioning quality assurance system. It must be a system that safeguards and improves the quality in the supplier's organisation and in service deliveries. The system must contain the necessary procedures and processes required to achieve the planned quality.

Documentation requirement: certificates issued by independent bodies as documentation that the supplier fulfils the stated quality assurance standards (for example ISO 9001), and the date of the last audit of the quality assurance systems or an account of the supplier's quality assurance system, including table of contents.

The tenderer must have an established environmental management system.
Documentation requirement: account of the tenderer's environmental routines documenting ongoing work to reduce the tenderer's environmental impact, or certificates issued by independent bodies documenting that the tenderer is environmentally certified, for example ISO 14001, EMAS, Eco-lighthouse, or the equivalent.
