The Ministry plans a time-limited learning network for counties on new systems for public transport, so-called 'smart mobility', in areas with large distances. The aim of this procurement is to get assistance with participatory research on this work in order to obtain knowledge during the process and to document and communicate results. The assistance will include, amongst other things, the collocation and communication of relevant research, experiences and practice from Norway and other countries. Furthermore, the Ministry needs input for and participation in a learning network for the counties, communication during the process, and a summary of the results, advice and recommendations in a final report. The activities can vary in time and scope during the project period.
