Parallel Framework Agreements for Hotel Services

The Norwegian Mapping Authority would like to enter into parallel framework agreements for accommodation and courses/conference services with local hotels in Ringerike and Hole. In addition we would also like contracts with a small number of hotels in the centre of Oslo, in the Stavanger area, and near Oslo Airport Gardermoen.
The number of events will vary, as will the size of the events and location and event framework requirements.
The framework agreement has an estimated value of NOK 2-3 million a year excluding VAT.
This is only an estimate based on figures from 2018 and 2019 and will not be binding for the contracting authority.
Actual procurements will depend on grants, budget limits, planned activities, and other framework terms.

Kort beskrivelse:
The framework agreement will cover the contracting authority's necessary capacity, good quality and good frameworks for holding events such as conferences, courses, and seminars/day meetings and accommodation, as well as choices for location and other event frameworks, in order to achieve the desired benefits from the event.

We would like to enter into contracts within the following:
Category area number of large hotels number of small hotels.
1) Ringerike/Hole 1 to 2 1 to 2;
2) Oslo centre 1 to 2 1 to 2;
3) Oslo Airport Gardermoen 1 to 2 1 to 2;
4) Stavanger/Sola/Sandnes 1 to 2 1 to 2.
Tenders can be submitted for all, some or one of the above areas and tenders can be submitted for several hotels within each area, but each area and each hotel will be evaluated separately.
It must be clear whether the tender is for the cateogry ‘Large’ or ‘Small’ hotels. The same hotel cannot be offered within both categories.
Large hotels — this category is defined as hotels with overnight accommodation with minimum 70 single rooms.
Small hotels — this category is defined as hotels with overnight accommodation with minimum 20 single rooms.
Estimert verdi eksklusive mva: 10 000 000 NOK 💰
Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The contract period is 2 years from the date the contract is signed by both parties.
The contracting authority has the option to extend the contract on verbatim terms for 1 year + 1 year so that the total possible contract length is 4 years.
The options will automatically come into force unless 3 (three) months notice is given by the contracting authority before the renewal date.
