Parallel Framework Agreements for Consultancy Services

Norsk kulturråd

Parallel framework agreements will be established with 1-3 tenderers within each contract area, assuming that there is a sufficient number of suitable tenders in the contest, in order to cover Arts Council Norway's need for consultancy services, as described in this tender documentation.
The Arts Council Norway needs consultancy services (assignments/assistance) within the following areas:
— entity development and digitalisation;
— ICT systems and platforms.
The estimated volume of the procurement is NOK 25 million excluding VAT. This is only a guiding estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority. The framework agreements applies from the contract's commissioning date, and in a period of two (2) years, with the possibility to extend for a further two (2) years, one (1) year at a time.
