The main kitchen at Ullevål is one of two main kitchens at Oslo University Hospital. The kitchen supplies food to all of the patients at Ullevål, Aker, Dikemark and the Radium Hospital. There are also some deliveries to Rikshospitalet (the National Hospital). The kitchen is part of the clinic Oslo Hospital Services, that is responsible for the hospital's support functions to patients, relatives and employees.
