Tenderers must be registered in a company register or a trade register in the state where the tenderer is established.
Norwegian companies: company registration certificate.

Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial solidity to fulfil the contract obligations.
Creditworthy
Credit rating based on the most recent accounting figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating company with a license to conduct this service.
Alternatively, accounts for the last three years can be enclosed.
Tenderers who do not fulfil the requirement, e.g. companies with a lower rating, newly started companies, individual foreign companies or companies without a reporting obligation to the Brønnøysund Register Centre, can compensate for this with a satisfactory guarantee from a bank and/or a parent company, which gives equivalent security for the implementation ability. The main kitchen at Rikshospitalet [the National Hospital] delivers food to the patients at Rikshospitalet, SSE [the Norwegian Centre for Epilepsy] and Gaustad Hospital They partly use the same concept as Ullevåll.
The food is prepared in the main kitchen where it is packed in bulk. The food must be able to stay fresh for up to 5 days and must be able to tolerate both high and low temperatures, as well as meet food safety requirements.
OUS has developed a service concept 1-2-3 server (flat plates with lugs). The estimated number of plates is 550 000 per year. The number can increase in coming years.
Dessert bowls, soup bowled and multiple-section bowls are also used.
Oslo University Hospital wants to enter into framework agreements with suppliers in order to cover the hospital's need for the following goods:
1) Various bowls
2) Toppfilm See the attached specified goods list Annex 3.
The providers of toppfilm are requested to provide the number of bowls per metre of film. The total quantity of toppfilm will depend on this.
The goods will be delivered to the main kitchen at Ullevål Hospital and Rikshospitalet (the National Hospital). It is anticipated that the consumption will be greatest at Ullevål Hospital.
The estimated annual value of the contract for the last two years has been from NOK 1.5 million — NOK 2.5 million with an average of approx. NOK 2 million excluding VAT.
