Bodø kommune [Bodø municipality] wants to create a town with, and not only for, our residents. In this project we want to find good approaches to how we can specifically work with co-creation to achieve the municipality's goals and ambitions. This is how we will go deeper and work more systematically with resident-involvement and cooperation between the municipality, residents, industry and the third sector.
Our aim is to create a town that listens and involves their resident so that together we can meet some of the social challenges that we will meet in coming years, but also to improve and streamline our services.

Objective of the procurement.
We would like to use this procurement to get the right competence to carry out a good StimuLab project. All StimuLab projects will follow the triple diamond and the tenderer must offer competence for implementation of all the diamonds, even if at the start of the project we do not know what the delivery is. The diagnosis phase will uncover what the delivery will be and how far we have come in implementation.

Since the project is part of StimuLab, it will have an open and experimental approach and therefore there specific delivery in each project is not disclosed in advance. However, the projects will result in an anchored and committed solution that is either implemented or will be implemented, or a platform for further development. It will depend on the complexity and size of the project and will be clarified in more detail in the diagnosis phase.

Roles and responsibility
The contracting authority is Bodø municipality.
The Norwegian Digitalisation Agency (Digdir) is carrying out this procurement on behalf of the contracting authority, as part of StimuLab.
Budget: NOK 2 000 000 plus an option for up to NOK 2 000 000 excluding VAT.
Contract duration: the contract will run for 1 year with the opportunity to extend for up to 1 year + 1 year.
Estimert verdi eksklusive mva: 2 000 000 NOK 💰
Varighet: 12 måneder
