The assignment comprises winter operations such as snow ploughing, snow/ice clearing and gritting on county road 45 in Hunnedalen. The work will be remunerated by round sum for round sum processes, in relation to amounts and unit prices for other processes such as cost-plus work in accordance with the hourly rate for crew and machinery. Agder County will be responsible for inspecting and monitoring the road network, including duty stand-by, and will call on the tenderer to carry out the contract work.

The contracting authority has an option for extending the contract for 12 months. Cf. chapter C point 2.45.
The parties can, through mutual agreement, extend the contract for 2 years, c.f. chapter C point 2.45.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
— tenderers must be a legally established company,
— tenderers must present a tax and VAT certificate issued by a competent body in the tenderer´s home country or the country where the tenderer is established, which shows that the tenderer has fulfilled their obligations for the payment of taxes, duties and social security obligations.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling: — tenderers must have positive equity.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
— tenderers must have sufficient experience of a relevant nature and degree of difficulty from the operation and maintenance of roads, c.f. chapter B2 point 2.4.1.
Tenderers are required to show references to relevant contracts that they have carried out in a satisfactory manner, c.f. chapter B2 point 2.4.2.
— the contract must be sufficiently staffed and that the tenderer must have the capacity and ability to deal with unforeseen circumstances in the contract.
Professional competence/relevant experience is required in key persons who will be used for the assignment, c.f. chapter B2 point 2.4.3.
— tenderers must have a system that shows that they work pro actively to ensure safety, health and working environment (SHA), with relevance for equivalent work as those included in this contest. The system must be subject to regular reviews, c.f. chapter B2 point 2.5.1.
