The assignment includes routine operational assignments and minor maintenance assignments on the road network in area 4203 Sirdal by order of the builder. During the winter half year, the builder will have emergency duty and through this will initiate calling of contractors to carry out the contract work. The work will be remunerated by round sum for round sum processes, in relation to amounts and unit prices for other processes such as cost-plus work in accordance with the hourly rate for crew and machinery.
The contract period is from 1 September 2021 to 31 August 2026 for all of the described assignments.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The contracting authority has an option for extending the contract for 12 months, cf. chapter C point 2.45.
By mutual agreement the parties can extend the contract for 2 years, cf. chapter C point 2.45.

— The tenderer must be a legally established company,

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
— The tenderer must have sufficient experience of a relevant nature and degree of difficulty from operations and maintenance of roads cfr. Chapter B2 point 2.4.1;
— The tenderer must be able to present references from relevant contracts the tenderer has carried out himself in a satisfactory manner cfr. chapter B2 point 2.4.2;
— The contract must be sufficiently staffed and the tenderer must have the capacity and ability to deal with unforeseen circumstances in the contract.
Professional competence/relevant experience of key persons available for the assignment is required, cfr. Chapter B2 point 2.4.3.
— The tenderer must have a system that shows he works pro actively to ensure safety, health and working environment (SHA), with relevance to similar works as those included in this contest. The system will be subject to regular audit, cfr. Chapter B2 point 2.5.1.
