The assignment includes operational and maintenance assignments, with functional responsibility for some of the assignments, on county roads and county foot and cycle paths and associated side facilities, side areas, equipment and installations in Kristiansand, Lillesand, Birkenes, Grimstad, Arendal, Froland, Tvedestrand, Gjerstad, Åmli and Nissedal municipalities in accordance with the road list in chapter D2-V1 and D2-S20.
The work will be remunerated by round sum for round sum processes, in relation to amounts and unit prices for other processes such as cost-plus work in accordance with the hourly rate for crew and machinery.

The builder has the option to extend the contract for 12 months + 12 months + 12 months from 1.9.2024 to 31.8.2025 + 1.9.2025 to 31.8.2026 + 1.9.2026 to 31.8.2026.

Juridisk, økonomisk, finansiell og teknisk informasjon
Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
— tenderers must be a legally established company,
— tenderers must have a system that shows that they work pro-actively to ensure safety, health and working environment (SHA), with relevance for equivalent work to that included in this competition. The system will be subject to periodic review,
— tenderers and their central contract facilitators ought to have an average H1 value lower than 10 for the last 3 years.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
— the tenderer's equity must be a minimum 10 %,
— the tenderer´s average annual turnover during the last 3 years must be at least 30 000 000 NOK a year.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers must have sufficient experience of a relevant nature and degree of difficulty from the following works:
1) The main disciplines included in the assignment include: operation and maintenance of roads;
2) The following sub-assignments are of significant importance for the contract work:
— winter operations,
— clearing traffic areas/traffic objects,
Tenderers are required to refer to references for relevant contracts that they themselves have carried out in a satisfactory manner.
