The work will be remunerated by round sum for round sum processes, in relation to amounts and unit prices for other processes such as cost-plus work in accordance with the hourly rate for crew and machinery.
The contract will be valid from 1 January 2021 to 31 December 2021 for all the assignments that have been described.
The builder has an option to extend the contract for 12 months, from 1 January 2022 until 31 December 2022.
