The contract comprises operational and maintenance assignments, with function responsibility for some of the assignments, on county roads, and county foot/bicycle paths with associated side facilities, side areas, equipment and installations in Horten, Tønsberg, Sandefjord, Larvik, Sande, Holmestrand, Re, Porsgrunn, Skien, Bamble, Nome and Sauherad municipalities in accordance with the road list provided in chapter D2-V1 and D2-S20.
The work will be remunerated by round sum for round sum processes, in relation to amounts and unit prices for other processes such as cost-plus work in accordance with the hourly rate for crew and machinery.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Tenderers must have a system that show that they works proactively to ensure safety, health and working environment (SHA), with relevance for equivalent work to that included in this contest. The system will be subject to periodic review.

Tenderers and their central contract facilitators should have an average H1 value lower than 10 for the last 3 years.

If the H1-value is higher than 10, an account shall be given of the developing trend of the H1-value and possibly the F-value, which will express the severity of any high H1-value.

Qualification requirement:

Tenderers must have good economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract and must fulfil the following requirements:

• tenderers must have positive equity;

• the tenderer´s average annual turnover in the last 3 years must be at least NOK 20 million a year.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Tenderers must have sufficient experience of a relevant nature and degree of difficulty from the following works:

1: The main areas include in the assignment: operation and maintenance of roads. 2: The following sub-assignments are of significant importance for the contract work:

• winter operations,

• clearing traffic areas/traffic objects,

• construction notification and traffic management.

The previous announcement was cancelled. The background for the cancellation is the uncertainty created by the Corona virus COFID-19, particularly related to the calculation of the tenders. In order to be able to conduct the competition in a way that ensures as far as possible the considerations of competition, equal opportunity and predictability, the the Norwegian Public Roads Administration has seen the need to clarify how we, as the contracting authority, believe the uncertainty of the Corona virus should be taken into consideration in the contract. This clarification is now in place and the competition is announce in accordance with minimum deadlines in PPR FOA §20-2 (3).
