A graded information system is established at the Vann-og avløpsetatens [the Agency for Water and Sewage Works] project office in connection with the project ‘Ny Vannforsyning Oslo’ (NVO) [New Water Supply Oslo]. Beskrivelse av opsjoner:

The contract has a duration from the last signature date to and including 2023. The Agency for water and sewage works has the right to extend the contract for 2 years + 2 years on verbatim terms in order to secure assistance throughout the lifetime of the project.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Tenderers must be a legally established company.

Documentation requirement:

• Norwegian tenderers: company registration certificate.

NB: the contracting authority will obtain the company registration certificate from brreg.no

• Foreign tenderers: a verification showing that the tenderer is registered in a trade index or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established.

Requirement:

The tenderer tax and VAT payments shall be in order.

• Norwegian companies: Tax and VAT certificate not more than 6 months old. The certificate can be ordered and downloaded from Altinn. If this is not possible, it can be ordered from the tax collector or Skatteetaten [the Norwegian Tax Administration].

• Foreign companies must provide certificates from equivalent authorities to the Norwegian authorities.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

The tenderer must have sufficient economic capacity to implement the framework agreement.

Documentation requirement:

• The entity's annual financial statements or extracts thereof if the publication of the annual financial statement is required in the country where the tenderer is established. NB: VAV will obtain the annual accounts itself from brreg.no and

• Credit Rating. NB: VAV will obtain the credit rating itself from Creditsafe Norway AS.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Requirement:

Experience from projects of an equivalent nature and degree of difficulty is required.

Equivalent nature and degree of difficulty means system design, implementation and operation of the security graded information system.

Documentation requirement:

An overview of relevant works performed during the last 3 years. (Works in progress may also be relevant.) The overview must state the time and location of the work performance, value, nature of the work, security level and the name of the contracting authority.

The tenderer must have good capacity

• overview/description of the project organisation that the tenderer will use for works in the contract;

• an account of the tenderer's average workforce.
