Kort beskrivelse:
The framework agreement includes the delivery of office and institution furniture and fixtures. Library fixtures are not included in this contract.
If a new framework supplier cannot offer the same product as what the contracting authority already has, the contracting authority will be free to make supplementary procurements.
If users cannot, for genuine reasons, use a product in the tenderer's assortment, the contracting authority can use other suppliers. Special products/niche products that are of particular interest for some user places and other products that are not found in the tenderer's assortment, can be exempted from the contract. Up to 20 % of the volume can also be withheld from the contract for special reasons.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers must have their tax, employer contribution and VAT payments in order.
Documentation requirement: Tax and VAT certificate. Certificates not older than 6 months calculated from the tender deadline. The certificate can be obtained electronically from Altinn. For further information, see Skatteetaten.no
For foreign tenderers:
Foreign tenderers must submit equivalent certificates from the country of origin, that substantiate that payment of taxes and duties is in order. If the authorities in the relevant country do not issue such certificates, the tenderer shall submit a statement which verifies that all taxes and duties have been paid. The declaration shall be approved and signed by the tenderer's financial director/person responsible for finance.

Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial strength to fulfil the contract. Creditworthiness with no requirement for guarantees will be sufficient to meet the requirement.

Credit rating based on the most recent accounting figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating company with a license to conduct this service. If a tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can prove his economic and financial position with any other document that the contracting authority deems suitable. Requirement 1:
An overview of the tenderer's up to 3 most relevant contracts in the course of the last 3 years. The overview must contain a description of the delivery, including complexity, the role of the company, value, date and name of client. It is the tenderer's responsibility to confirm relevance through the description. Tenderers can document experience by referring to competence in the personnel they have at their disposal and can use for this assignment, even if the experience was gained whilst the personnel carried out the service for another supplier. Overview of the tenderer's total staffing and an overview of the number of man-labour years, With competence for special/important disciplines for the implementation of this contract. Declared. Documented upon request.
Requirement 3:
Description of the company's policy regarding quality management, with emphasis on quality assurance, resource management, management responsibility and continuous analyses and improvement. If a tenderer has valid ISO 9001 certification, this certificate will be accepted as documentation of fulfilment of the qualification requirement. Declared. Documented upon request.

A description of existing routines which substantiates that the current environmental management system meets the requirement. If a tenderer is certified in accordance with the Eco Lighthouse Scheme, EMAS or ISO 14001 for the service area or equivalent third-party standards, it is sufficient to submit a copy of a valid certificate to verify the compliance with the requirement.
