Oslo kommune v/Kultur- og Idrettsbygg Oslo KF (KID) (Oslo Municipality, c/o the Municipal Undertaking for Culture and Sports Facilities), hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to participate in an open tender contest for the procurement of ‘New Tøyen Swimming Pool — Plumbing Works K300’. The New Tøyen Swimming Pool is planned to replace the current Tøyen Swimming Pool. The new swimming pool is planned to be completed in the first quarter of 2024. The New Tøyen Swimming Pool will be Oslo's largest and best swimming pool with a varied swimming offer. The facility will contain both an indoor facilities (approx. 15 000 m) and an outdoor swimming pool.
The project is divided into multiple contracts: this procurement concerns a contract for plumbing works to establish the new Tøyen swimming pool, based on NS 8405, as well as Oslo Municipality's associated contract formula. The works also include special coordination with the contract for delivery and assembly of steel pools and water treatment systems for all pools, as well as indoor and outdoor slides.

Tax certificate:
The selected tenderer will be required to present a tax certificate and a VAT certificate. The tax certificate must not be older than 6 months old at the deadline for submitting a request for participation in the competition or tender. For building and construction contracts, the tenderer shall require an equivalent tax certificate from all subsuppliers when contracts are signed for the assignment with a value exceeding NOK 500 000 excluding VAT.

Requirement:
Tenderers are required to have sufficient experience with the execution of equivalent assignments of equal complexity and scope at company level.
Documentation requirement:
A description must be given of 2-4 reference projects with a transferable value from the last 5 years, with information on, amongst other things:
• the name of the project;
• the contracting authority and a reference person;
• the project´s size and cost;
• type of contract and the company's assignment/role in the project;
• type of works.
All of the above points are to be responded to per project.
In order to ensure sufficient competition, documentation of assignments carried out more than 5 years ago will also be taken into consideration.
Kontraktutførelse
Vilkår for kontraktoppfyllelse:
The contractual relationship will be governed in accordance with NS 8405 and the associated standard contract terms for Oslo Municipality. An interaction phase will be held after the contract has been signed.
The contract contains a number of provisions in accordance with the Oslo Model with particular focus on serious working life and the environment. For further information refer to the tender documentation and Annexes.
The contracting authority will have an option for operation and maintenance in the guarantee period, i.e. up to 5 years.
