Our current work flows for music reporting range from fully automatic reporting with meta data flow from archives to published content, to manual reporting in Excel sheets. This results in possibilities for human and system errors that are often difficult to detect and solve due to a high degree of technical complexity.

This results in possibilities for human and system errors that are often difficult to detect and solve due to a high degree of technical complexity.
Our openness with the licensing organisation is also an important factor that ensures a constructive cooperation and adjustment in order to safeguard correct reporting of music consumption on our platforms and minor administration that in the end results in more money for artists and other rights holders.

In this RFP, we invite suppliers to propose how NRK can carry out music reporting in the most automated manner, based on the existing system for music recognition and experience with other client's reporting systems. Out aim is to have a system that serves other clients you have and when it is necessary, integrations will be made with the use of open APIs.
