NRK wants to enter a framework agreement for leasing vehicles (passenger cars, lorries and buses) and other operational material that the contracting authorities require.
Other operational material means: lorries, truck tractors, buses, aggregates, tractors, snow scooters, ATVs etc. The scope of the agreement is difficult to estimate; however, these agreements are a very small part of the total scope of leasing contracts.
Actual tenderers must submit a tender for the entire enquiry in order to be considered.
The contracting authority will make call-offs when they need leasing services, or refrain entirely from using the service in the contract period if there is no need.

The contract period and options
The framework agreement period is 1 year, with an option for the contracting authority for 1 + 1 + 1 year extension. The framework agreement can be valid for a maximum of 4 years. The expected start-up date of the framework agreement is 1 September 2020.

The award will be made to the tenderer who achieves the best result based on the set award criteria. A contract will only be awarded to one tenderer.
The scope of the framework agreement — expected agreement value.
The scope of the agreement can be affected by political decisions, including central and regional priorities. It can therefore be difficult to set estimates for orders/call-offs against the agreement. A non-binding estimate is approx. 100 leasing agreements.
