NRK states that the estimated contract value of the individual framework agreement/subcontract is set at a fictitious amount of NOK 1. For obvious reasons, it is impossible to specify this amount in advance. In this parallel framework agreement, much of the volume will be decided by mini-competitions where the outcome cannot be stated in advance.
