The County Council in Agder approved the following in matter 10/20: 'Agder County will start the process by collecting tenders and proposals for solutions for the procurement or rental of a county hall with an option for possible procurement'.
Agder County would thus like to prequalify participants who could be interested in submitting a tender for a new county hall. All interested tenderers can send in a request for participation in the contest. Interested tenderers can send the following:
— rental of a county hall with an option for a possible procurement,
— procurement of a county hall.
If a tenderer would like to offer rental of a county hall, the option for possible procurement must also be included. Tenderers can offer the procurement of a county hall without offering a rental option.

Degree of relevant competence, capacity, and experience to carry out the project as it is described in the tender documentation.
Documentation requirement*:
1) A short description of the tenderer's access to competence and capacity within design, engineering design, construction, documentation of climate and environmentally friendly office buildings or equivalent buildings, either for rent or for sale.
2) Information on up to three reference projects that the company has completed/sold or rented out in the last 5 years, and which have a transferable value to this assignment. For each reference project the following information must be given:
(a) name of the contracting authority;
(b) name of the project;
(c) size of the project (gross);
(d) year of completion;
(e) what workplace concept the project had;
(f) the climate and environmental profile of the finished building.
Selection criterium**:
