The contest is for a turnkey contract with collaboration for the construction of a new school building with technical rooms in the basement, necessary alterations to the existing school buildings, external playground and communal areas (activity areas), and the establishment P1, P2, P3 and parking by O11, see annex 12 Plan Map A3 area plan.
In addition, options have been added that must be priced in submitted tenders:
Fixed price index regulation
Expansion of the energy plant
Lighting system in the classrooms
Charging points for electric vehicles.

The procurement value is estimated to be NOK 85 000 000 excluding VAT. The value is an estimate and is non-binding for the contracting authority.
