At least three (3) qualified tenderers will be invited to participate in the contest (under the assumption that at least three qualify). The options can be triggered within a period of seven (7) years by ordering/call-offs on the contract. Note! Ethical self-declaration form must be signed by the tenderer. If the tenderer uses sub-contractors to fulfil the qualification requirements, he must invite these in Mercell to complete their own version of the ESPD form.
