The maximum duration of the framework agreement is 6 years based on the specific circumstances that apply as a result of the framework agreement's close connection to the implementation of the OPS Contract Rv. 555 [County Road] the Sotra Connection, see chapter C3 point 1.3.

The builder has the option to extend the framework agreement for 2 years. The maximum duration of the framework agreement totals 6 years, 4 years + 2 years. The 2-year option can be triggered if conditions connected to the implementation of the OPS project New Rv. 555 [New County Road 555] the Sotra Connection, make it necessary. Any call-offs under this option will only include measures in the same area as the OPS project in progress. If the builder wants to utilise this option, the contractor must be given at least 3 months notice before the expiry of the preceding option period, cf. second section above. If the option(s) are not utilised, the framework agreement will expiry at the originally agreed duration.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
The tenderer must be a legally established company or consist of a group of suppliers who are legally established companies.
Documentation requirement:
1) Certificate from the register of business enterprises, or equivalent certificate of legal registration in the country where the tenderer, or the companies that together make up the tenderer, cf. point 4.2, is/are established, as well as for all supporting companies, cf. point 4.1;

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
1) The tenderer must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to implement the contract;
2) The tenderer must have an equity ratio of at least 10 %. 3. An average annual turnover of minimum NOK 60 million for the last 3 financial years.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
The tenderer must have sufficient experience of a relevant nature and degree of difficulty from the following works: the main work areas included in the assignment are:
• carpentry and ground works for the execution of local noise reduction measures,
• engineering design and execution of mechanical balanced ventilation plant.
Documentation requirement: a list of up to five and no less than three contracts that the tenderer has carried out or is in the process of carrying out, during the last 5 years from the tender deadline. The reference projects should, as far as possible, demonstrate the tenderer's professional breadth. NPRA and other builders' experiences with the tenderer will be appraised the tenderer must have a system showing that they work pro-actively to ensure safety, health and working environment (SHA), with relevance for equivalent works to those included in this contest. The system will be subject to periodic review. Tenderers shall have a good and well-functioning environmental management system, based on ISO 14001 (2015), EMAS (EU Eco-Management and Audit Scheme for environmental management), eco-lighthouse or equivalent, with relevance to equivalent projects. The system will be subject to regular audit. The tenderer must have a good and well functioning quality management system based on ISO 9001:2015 or equivalent, with relevance to equivalent projects.
