The tenderer must be a legally established company or a group of tenderers that must be a legally established company.
SHA system:
Tenderers must have a system that shows that they work pro actively to ensure safety, health and working environment (SHA), with relevance for equivalent work as that comprised in this competition. The system will be subject to periodic review.
Accident frequency (H1-value)
The tenderer and their central contractual partners should have an average H1 value lower than 15 for the last 3 years.
If the H1-value is higher than 15, an account shall be given of the developing trend of the H1-value and possibly the F-value, which will express the severity of any high H1-value.
