The contracting authority will probably procure Office365 in the contract period. There is therefore an option for 85 Office365 Busniess Premium licences.
The contracting authority would like a tenderer that, when required, can obtain licences that the tenderer does not have in his normal portfolio.

Requirement:

Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the state where the tenderer is established.

Documentation requirement:

Norwegian companies: company registration certificate

Foreign tenderers: verification that the tenderer is registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Requirement:

Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract.

The financial capacity will be assessed as regards turnover, operating margin, solidity and liquidity.

Documentation requirement:

Credit rating based on the most recent accounting figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating company with a license to conduct this service.

If a tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can prove his economic and financial position with any other document that the contracting authority deems suitable.

Requirement:

Tenderers must have experience from comparable assignments.

Documentation requirement:

Description of relevant assignments in the last 3 years. It is the tenderer's responsibility to confirm relevance through the description.

Tenderers must use the attached template for reference assignments for the description, see part 1 Annex 5.
