The purpose of the procurement is to cover the NRK employees and their visitors’ need for coffee, other warm beverages and water (with and without carbonation) in an efficient manner.
It is important that NRK's employees and visitors have access to tasty warm beverages and water in the vicinity of their workplace, regardless of the time of day.
The contract will include the lease of coffee machines and water coolers with associated service contract and the purchase of accessories and ingredients that are primarily meant to cover the need within the office segment.

It is important that NRK's employees and visitors have access to tasty warm beverages and water in the vicinity of their workplace, regardless of the time of day.
The contract will include the lease of coffee machines and water coolers with associated service contract and the purchase of accessories and ingredients that are primarily meant to cover the need within the office segment.
NRK wants to sign a contract with a supplier for the delivery of said goods and services for all of NRK's locations nationwide as needed.
NB: the offices in Trondheim, Tromsø and the main office at Marienlyst in Oslo have basically covered their need for coffee machines via associated canteen suppliers. Therefore, a large volume of coffee machines cannot be anticipated for these locations. On the other hand, it is anticipated that these locations (primarily Marienlyst in Oslo) will have a significant volume in relation to water coolers with and without carbonation.

Beskrivelse av fornyelser:
The framework agreement will have a 3-year duration from contract signing, with the opportunity for the contracting authority to trigger options for a further 1 year + 1 year. The maximum framework agreement duration is 5 years.

Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the state where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Sufficient economic and financial capacity to be able to fulfil the contract. Creditworthiness with no requirement for guarantees will be sufficient to meet the requirement.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers must have experience from comparable assignments.
Comparable assignments means assignments where the tenderer has delivered equivalent products and services on a large scale.
