Framework agreement.
The procurement will be regulated by the attached framework agreement.
The duration of the framework agreement is from and including 6.3.2020 to and including 5.3.2022, with an option for the contracting authority to extend the contract for up to 2 years, 12 months at a time.
The contracting authority will enter into a contract with 2 tenderers. The contracting authority expects the tenderers to familiarize themselves with the contractual provisions and make the necessary clarifications internally in readiness to sign the contract if awarded.
