Sola kommune

The assignment is for the hire, laundry, collection and delivery of textiles, duvets and pillows for the nursing homes, environmental and home care services in Sola Municipality. The nursing homes will own their own stock of duvets and pillows in the contract period, whilst the other textiles will be hired from the tenderer.
The framework agreements will be valid for 1 year, with an option for the contracting authority to extend the contract for a further 1 + 1 + 1 years, total 4 years. The options will be automatically taken up unless the contracting authority gives notification otherwise at least 3 months before the contract or option year expires.
The scheduled contract start for both lots (1 and 2) is 1 April 2021.
The estimated annual framework agreement value is approx. NOK 3 500 000 excluding VAT a year, totalling NOK 14 000 000 excluding VAT, if all the option periods are taken up.
