Knowledge on Sexual Assaults on Children and Youths Over the Internet — Perpetrators, the Aggrieved, and Arenas

The research assignment will increase knowledge of perpetrators, the aggrieved and arenas for sexual assaults on children and youths, with an emphasis on assaults that occur on the internet. There is a need to understand the background, motivation, and different factors involved to commit sexual assault in general and on the internet in particular. A good understanding of the phenomenon will give a better basis for prevention and reaction against such serious crime.
The assignment is divided into three lots:
— Subcontract 1: Systematic Knowledge Overview of Sexual Assaults on Children and Youths, with particular focus on the perpetrator, arena and victim seen as a whole;
— Subcontract 2: Empirical Studies and Analyses of Perpetrators and the Aggrieved;
— Subcontract 3: Mapping and Analysis of Arenas that are used for access and sharing assault material.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
The terms are described in the tender documentation.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract. Creditworthiness with no requirement for guarantees will be sufficient to meet the requirement.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Credit rating based on the most recent accounting figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating company with a license to conduct this service.
If a tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can prove his economic and financial position with any other document that the contracting authority deems suitable.
