Klepp municipality shall construct a new primary school with a capacity of 350 pupils. The School must contain classrooms, a great hall and an activities hall.
The area of the school is approx. 5 000 m. There are high environmental requirements for the School. It must be constructed in solid wood and have a greenhouse gas reduction of 40 %.
The School must achieve the BREEAM (BRE Global Ltd) classification ‘Very good’ and it must be constructed as a zero net energy building.
