Kristiansund kommune

Kristiansund Kommune [Kristiansund Municipality] will enter into a framework agreement for the delivery of diesel in bulk and bio-oil for heating (bulk).
In total, this concerns approx.:
— 250 000 litres of bio-oil,
— 55 000 litres of dyed diesel,
— 200 000 litres of white diesel.
The person responsible for the competition is back from holiday-leave on the 17 of August, until then, my colleagues will assist with answering questions.

Kort beskrivelse:
The bio-oil applies standard 14213. It is important for Kristiansund that the oil must be both reasonably priced and environmentally friendly. As the Municipality can choose to use only electricity, it is crucial that the bio-oil is cheap in order for a contract to be signed.

Up until now, Kristiansund Municipality has used fish oil (waste products) and bio-oil and must therefore be able to be blended with remains of this. If other oil is offered, the price must include tank-washing before commencement of the delivery.
The diesel delivery has delivery frequency approx. each 14 days and the delivery location is currently Dalabergan 64c. Other delivery locations in Kristiansund Municipality can be relevant.
Tenders can be submitted for parts of the assignment, i.e. tenders for the following lots.
— Framework agreement for the purchase of diesel in bulk. A framework agreement will be signed with one tenderer.
— Framework agreement for the purchase of Bio-oil/Bio-diesel. A framework agreement will be signed with one tenderer.
Estimert verdi eksklusive mva: 25 000 000 NOK 💰

The contract period is 1 year. The contracting authority has the option to extend the contract on verbatim terms for 1 year + 1 year + 1 year so that the total possible contract period is 4 years. The option will be taken up automatically. If the contracting authority does not want to trigger the option, written notification must be given a minimum of 3 months before it comes into force.
