Refer to the tender documentation, Kristiansund Municipality COWI AS (ARK, RIB, RIV and RIE) (Architect, consulting construction engineer, consulting HVAC and sanitation engineer and electrical engineer). It can be added with a storey over the grandstands to the club premises for Norodd. Complete preparation for addition on grandstand with one storey, including steel reinforcement, concrete storey partition, etc. Upgrading of all load-bearing steel so that fire insulation is not necessary.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
The tenderer must have sufficient experience from comparable assignments in the last 3 years. ‘Equivalent’ means assignments of an equivalent nature, complexity and scope. Tenderers must document the necessary qualifications in accordance with the current Planning and Building Act. Tenderers must document a quality assurance system that is dimensioned for the project. Tenderers must have qualified key personnel for the assignment. The offered key personnel must have experience from relevant reference projects, i.e. project manager, foreman at the construction site and HSE manager. These must speak Norwegian.
