5.4 Tenderers must have sufficient experience from similar assignments in the last 3 years. 'Equivalent' means assignments of an equivalent nature, complexity and scope.

Tenderers must document the necessary qualifications in accordance with the current planning and building Act.

Tenderers must document a quality assurance system that is dimensioned for the project.

Tenderers must have qualified key personnel for the assignment.

The offered key personnel must have experience from relevant reference projects, i.e. project manager, foreman at the construction site and HSE manager. These must speak Norwegian.

Description of the tenderer's three most relevant assignments in the course of the last 3 years.

A copy of central certification of the company.

A statement regarding the service provider's quality assurance system/ management system or

A copy of the system certificate issued by an accredited certification body or equivalent documentation.
