In connection with ByggHaugesund2020, development of Haugesund sjukehus (Haugesund Hospital), new X-ray equipment for angio/intervention will be procured. The equipment will be placed in the existing building, in premises that are custom-built for the purpose.

The equipment will primarily be used for, but not limited to, the following:

— angiography, including CO2-angio;

— stent placement in abdominal and peripheral vascular systems;

— percutaneous transluminal angioplasty (PTA), peripherally and abdominally;

— stent placement and external/internal drainage in biliary ducts and urinary tract;

— embolisation of bleeding, tumours, psuedo-aneurysms and peripheral venous malformations;

— thrombolysis in lung arteries, peripherally, arterially and venously;

— endovascular aortic repair (EVAR) in infrarenal abdominal aorta;

— TACE, local chemotherapy — treatment of HCC (liver carcinoma);

— pyelostomy — placement/replacement;

— abcess drainage;

— sclerosing of cysts in the liver and kidneys;

— injection treatment of shoulder and hip joints.

Equipment will be ordered in accordance with point 1.12 Tentative schedule.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Requirement: requirement concerning the tenderer's registration.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contractual obligations.

Economic and financial capacity means that the tenderer fulfils the following requirements:

A credit rating of at least score A or higher, measured against the AAA Soliditets scale, or an equivalent score from another reputable rating company.

The contracting authority will evaluate the tenderer's compliance with the qualification requirements in the following manner:

Credit rating based on the last known fiscal figures.

If the tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can prove his economic and financial capacity with another document, including for example a parent company guarantee, bank guarantee, etc.
