K220 Ground Work — New Tøyen Swimming Pool

Oslo Municipality, c/o the Municipal Undertaking for Culture and Sports Facilities, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for the procurement of 'K220 Ground work — new Tøyen Swimming Pool'. The procurement comprises a contract for ground work for the establishment of the new Tøyen swimming pool, based on NS 8405, as well as Oslo Municipality's accompanying contract formula. The ground work contract will start after the demolition contract has ended and will include ground work including piles and foundations. The work will be completed when the construction contract starts, so the final outdoor work is not included in the contract. There will be some overlap with the construction contractor. Site roads and fences, etc., will be established by others before the ground work is started. The ground work contractor must provide the rigging for their work including barracks with facilities for both genders.
The contract is subject to sufficient budget resources. An application has been submitted for a framework permit for the project, the contracting authority makes reservations on a framework permit being granted.

Tax certificate:
The selected tenderer will be required to present a tax certificate and a VAT certificate. The tax certificate must not be older than 6 months old at the deadline for submitting a request for participation in the competition or tender. For building and construction contracts, the tenderer shall require an equivalent tax certificate from all sub-suppliers when contracts are signed for the assignment with a value exceeding NOK 500 000 excluding VAT.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Requirement:
• tenderers are required to have sufficient experience with the execution of ground work of comparable scope and company level.
Documentation requirement:
A description must be given of 2-4 reference projects with a transferable value from the last 5 years, with information on, amongst other things:
— the name of the project
— the contracting authority and a reference person
— the project's size and cost
— type of contract (e.g., contract NS 8405) and the company's assignments/role in the project
— type of work (e.g., blasting, piling, concrete work, outdoor work).
All of the above points are to be responded to per project.
In order to ensure sufficient competition, documentation of assignments carried out more than 5 years ago will also be taken into consideration.
