NAV Tiltak Oslo would like to procure follow-up for persons who require more comprehensive follow-up support than what the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Organisation can provide. Relevant participants are people with serious mental health challenges who want to get and/or keep paid work. Persons with psychotic disorders will be given priority.
Follow-up can include career guidance, assistance with targeted job seeking and job development, guidance and advice connected to work participation, both for participants and employers, training in work related and social skills, as well as follow-up and facilitation at work, in order to facilitate a transition to work and ensure that jobs are kept.
