The aim of the procurement is to cover the need for inspections, service, and maintenance of all fire alarm installations and emergency lighting installations that are assembled in the buildings that are run and maintained by the contracting authority. The framework agreement also covers replacements wanted by the contracting authority, as well as courses and training on the use of the different installations that the tenderer is responsible for.

In addition, the framework agreement also includes an option for the delivery of user adapted courses on the contracting authority's emergency lighting and fire alarm installations, an option for the preparation of MOM documentation, as well as an option for replacing all and/or parts of the fire alarm and/or emergency lighting installations.

The contracting authority is not open to the use of sub-suppliers in this contest for the inspections and service of fire alarm installations, nor for inspections of emergency lighting installations. See the Requirements Specification (annex 4) and the Tender Documentation for further details.

Beskrivelse av fornyelser: Two extensions, each for 12 months.

Option for an extension for 1 + 1 year. Option for the delivery of user adapted courses on the contracting authority's emergency lighting and fire alarm installations, an option for the preparation of MOM documentation, as well as an option for replacing all and/or parts of fire alarm and/or emergency lighting installations.
