The objective of the tender contest is to enter into a framework agreement for the inspection and repair of electro-medical equipment included in the regulations for handling electro-medical equipment for the following six municipalities; Drangedal, Siljan, Skien, Porsgrunn, Kragerø and Bamble.

The service provider shall contribute to ensuring that the contracting authority's electro-medical equipment is in accordance with the current laws, regulations, guidelines, norms and standards. The service must be provided in accordance with the Regulation for handling medical equipment issued by the Ministry of Justice and Public Security and the Ministry of Health and Care Services; FOR-2013-11-29-1373 determined by the Royal decree from 29 November 2013 med pursuant to the Law of 24 May 1929 no 4 regarding supervision with electrical systems and electrical equipment (The Electrical Inspection Law) § 10, Law of 2 July 1999 no 61 on specialist health services etc. (the Specialist Health law) § 2-1a and § 3-5, Law of 24 June 2011 no 30 regarding municipal health and care services, etc. (the Health and Care law) § 3-2 and § 8-1, Law of 30 March 1984 no 15 regarding governmental inspection of the health care service, etc. (the Health Inspect law) § 7, Law of 3 June 1983 no 54 regarding dental health care § 6-5 and Law of 12 January 1995 no 6 regarding medical equipment § 4, § 5, § 6, § 7, § 8 and § 11 promoted by the Ministry of Health and Care Services. All added statutory basis and any alterations in the regulations must also be met.
