Stavanger Municipality, Sandnes Municipality and Kolumbus AS (hereafter called the contracting authority) announce a joint competition for individually facilitated and special school transport and companion transport.
Kolumbus AS will have the secretariat function in this procurement. Note that the companion transport only applies in Stavanger municipality and Sandnes Municipality.

The contracting authorities invite tenderers to participate in an open tender competition for individually facilitated and special school transport and companion transport. The contracting authorities will select joint suppliers per driving area. See the different driving areas in the procedure rules point 1.2.
