Printing of special documents/securities for certification of export goods, packing the documents in accordance with the contracting authority's description and the delivery of the documents to the contracting authority's given address.
The Norwegian Food Safety Authority issues annually 60 000 health certificates for seafood, dairy products, meat and other goods that are exported from Norway to countries outside the EU/EEA. Without these health certificates the products will not available for these markets and are therefore important. The health certificates are issued on special paper with embedded security mechanism which make them difficult to falsify. The Norwegian Food Safety Authority considers the health certificates as securities.
English versions of all documents are available.

The Norwegian Food Safety Authority shall procure 300 000 special paper documents for export. Option for the procurement of 200 000 special paper documents.

The objective and scope of the procurement is further described in the appendix to SSA-R, primarily in Annex 1 (the Contracting Authority's requirement specification).

The contracting authority shall have an option for printing 300 000 health certificates. The option includes:

200 000 health certificates on red paper

80 000 health certificates on blue paper

20 000 health certificates on grey paper
