Helse Fonna HF (Fonna Hospital Trust) has approved the expansion of the hospital in Haugesund as well as the consequent reconstruction in the existing building.
The construction works at ByggHaugesund 2020 are planned to take place in two stages, the first being the construction of an 18 000 m new construction with consequent reconstruction of 6 000 m of vacated premises. The second stage is planned for 2030 and consists of a new construction of about 15 000 m.
Medical equipment for the new building is comprehensive and will be purchase in multiple large and small procurement packages in the tender documentation.
B03 Reconstruction will start after moving from the premises in the first half of 2021, and it is thought that contracting will start in late 2020. Some reconstruction work will take place at the same time as new construction. Share contracts — main contracts and framework agreement.
The contracting authority wants tenders of endoscopy racks, lung, including two endoscopy monitors and equipment to measure the lung function. The equipment will be used in reconstructed areas in the existing buildings.

The equipment will contain a light source, processor, monitors, bronchoscope and trolleys/racks. Bronchoscopy equipment for use on adults patients for inspection and sampling from bronchi and lungs. The equipment is used in multiple departments and must therefore be mobile and easy to move.

Workflow: patients lie on the table and there are two nurses, chief physician d and doctors in specialisation (LIS). The personnel stand at the head-end of the patient. Usually, patients do not need to see the screen, so the monitor should have good placement in relation to personnel.

It is the contracting authority's intention that the equipment will contribute to efficient operation in the department, with the thought of total equipment park (including the existing equipment).
013.19.003 Lung function equipment, spirometry with monitor.
The equipment will measure lung function (spirometry), diffusion and provocation with Metacholin). For adult patients at the pulmonary outpatient clinic at Haugesund Hospital. Approx. 3 500 examinations are carried out per year.
The contracting authority wants a comprehensive equipment package that is PC based, with a software platform for increase efficiency similar software platform for increased efficiency both in patient treatment, in the processing and finishing process of patient data and servicing purposes. There will be an option for the possibility of transferring data II to patient transport DIPS.

Requirements for tenderer's registration.
Tenderers must present documentation of their legal registration in a company register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
