Requirement: tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Foreign tenderers: confirmation that the tenderer is registered in a trade register or company register in accordance with the law in the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Requirement: tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract.

Requirement: tenderers must have experience from comparable assignments.
Documentation: an overview of the tenderer's most relevant reference projects in the last 3 years, (use the template in Part 1 Annex 5). The overview/description must as a minimum include:
— name of the contracting authority,
— the contracting authority's contact information (name, telephone number and email address),
— the tenderer's delivery to the project,
— the contract value of the tenderer's delivery to the project,
— date.
It is the tenderer's responsibility to confirm relevance through the description.
