The procurement is for framework agreements for fuel for vehicles, machines and sites. The total estimated scope is NOK 5-6 million excluding VAT, but the contract will be valid for procurements for up to NOK 12 million excluding VAT a year, total NOK 48 million excluding VAT over the contract's lifetime. The estimate is based on previous contracts and is not binding for the contracting authority.
The procurement is split into four (4) lots, with the following estimated annual turnover:
• Lot 1: Fuel — Pump: approx. NOK 1.4 million a year;
• Lot 2: Fuel — Pump: Tvedestrand Municipality: Approx. NOK 150 000 a year;
• Lot 3: Fuel — Bulk: Approx. NOK 2 million a year;
• Lot 4: Biological Fuel — bulk: approx. NOK 2 million a year.
