The purpose of the procurement is to utilise a framework agreement to cover the needs of the contracting authority and users for fruit baskets to the users’ locations, hereunder (not exhaustive) camps, offices and administration buildings. The Østlandet region is defined as the counties of Innlandet, Viken, Oslo as well as Vestfold and Telemark.
A framework agreement will be entered into with one tenderer. The framework agreement has a 1-year duration. The contracting authority has the option to extend the contract one or more times for up to an additional 3 years.
The framework agreement has an estimated scope of NOK 5 million excluding VAT per year, totalling NOK 20 million excluding VAT over the contract period including options.
The contract will be reserved for organisations with disabled or disadvantaged persons, cf. PPR § 16-9.
Delivery of fruit baskets to the locations is an important political welfare measure for the employees of the contracting authority and users of the contract.
