The contracting authority's objective of is to enter into the necessary framework agreements for the provision of services with construction machinery and equipment, means of transport for mass transport, as well as crew and construction management for the municipality.
The municipality uses machine aid for maintenance and rehabilitation assignments, renovation tasks, as well as new works related to roads, parks, water and sewage.

The contracting authority's objective of is to enter into the necessary framework agreements for the provision of services with construction machinery and equipment, means of transport for mass transport, as well as crew and construction management for the municipality.

The municipality uses machine aid for maintenance and rehabilitation assignments, renovation tasks, as well as new works related to roads, parks, water and sewage.

The contracting authority requests tenders for contractor services using machines with the necessary additional equipment, transport means, as well as crew in order to carry out assignments within:

Operational assignments

Maintenance work

Clearance sites

New municipal facilities where the municipality itself is the responsible applicant

Municipal facilities where the contractor is the responsible applicant and executor. In such cases construction management will also be a part of the assignment.

Preparation and any follow-up of actual plans and applications that are necessary for carrying out projects.

Construction management

The companies with which an agreement is entered must be able to make all the necessary equipment available for all relevant tasks. This also concerns necessary safety and sign age material. The contractor service requirement can vary from year to year. This also applies to activities during the year.

The municipality has emergency preparedness needs for machine aid in connection with possible breakages (water and drains), caving, damage to the roadway or systems for surface water or similar incidents. In such acute situations the municipality has a need for immediate turn-outs, also outside normal working hours, at weekends and during holidays. Option for an extension for 1+1 year.

The contracting authority has an unilateral right to the option.

Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Sufficient economic and financial capacity to be able to fulfil the contract. The rating must be 4 or better.

The contracting authority will obtain a credit rating from www.experian.no.

If the company is recently established, financial solidity can be substantiated in different manner.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Tenderers must have experience from comparable assignments.

Comparable assignments are seen as the delivery of the supplies as encompassed by the competition for major public agencies or to major private companies.

Tenderers must have manpower with the capacity to fulfil the contract. If a tenderer will use collaborating companies to comply with the requirement, a signed commitment statement shall be enclosed with the tender.
