NMBU [the Norwegian University of Life Sciences] is holding an open tender competition with the aim of entering into framework agreements with a minimum of two tenderers in order to cover the organisation's need for consultancy services for organisation and manager development. The purpose of the framework agreements is to secure access to experienced consultants with solid competence in the relevant areas. The consultancy services may consist of both shorter and longer assignments and be connected to assignments/services with varying complexity and scope.
The framework agreements will cover NMBU's primary need for consultancy services within organisation and manager development. NMBU wants to to continually further develop the organisation. In this context, it will be desirable to use external consultancy services to assist in the design and implementation of relevant organisation development measures. This can be connected to i.a. Streamlining of work processes, structural changes, joint culture buildings and other amendment work.

The value of the procurement is estimated to be one call-off per year of an average NOK 0.4 million — NOK 0.5 million excluding VAT. The value of the procurement is a roughly estimated value, and will in no way be binding for the contracting authority. The estimated call-off on the framework agreement can therefore be both lower and higher, and NMBU is not obligated to a minimum call-off under the contract.
