Beskrivelse av fornyelser:

The contracting authority has an option to extend the contract once or several times for up to a further 2 years, to a maximum of 4 years.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Tenderers must have their affairs in order with respect to the payment of tax, employer contribution and value added tax (VAT).

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Tenderers must have sufficient financial capacity to fulfil the contractual obligations.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

A solidity assessment from an approved credit appraisal agency. The assessment shall be based on the most recent known accounting figures. The key figures in the accounts must be presented together with an assessment of the tenderer's payment history.

Annual accounts for the last 2 years. These must contain notes, the board's report and auditor's report.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Tenderers must have sufficient professional qualifications to carry out the framework agreement's assignments.

Tenderers must have good experience from the implementation of equivalent deliveries/comparable assignments.

Tenderers must have good procedures for quality control and HSE.

Tenderers must be certified and an active apprenticeship company.

Tenderers must have good procedures for environmental management.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

A description of the personnel that the tenderer has at its disposal. The description must include the number of the qualified personnel the tenderer has at disposal for fulfilment of the contract, including personnel with a master certificate and a certificate of apprenticeship within relevant disciplines.

A list with an overview and description of the tenderer's most relevant assignments during the last 3 years.

The list/description must, as a minimum, include: The name of the customer/recipient, the extent of the assignment, a description of the company's role, the assignment's value, the delivery date and a short description of the delivery.

The documentation must be provided in one of the following ways:

Alternative 1: a description of the company's procedures, with emphasis on quality assurance, resource management, management responsibility and HSE;

Alternative 2: if tenderers have an ISO 9001:2000 certificate or equivalent, this will be sufficient to document fulfilment of the requirement.

A statement from the company regarding connection to any officially certified apprenticeship schemes that are valid during the execution of the contract. It must be documented that the tenderer has, or plans to take on apprentices.

Alternative 1: A description of the company's routines for environmental management;

Alternative 2: If a tenderer is certified for environmental management by third party verified systems, (ISO 14001, EMAS, Environmental Lighthouse, or equivalent), this will be sufficient to document fulfilment of the requirement.
